Ana Paula Pellegrina Lockmann
– Born in the city of São Paulo on September 10, 1966, daughter of Antonio Lockmann Filho and Maria Aparecida Pellegrina. Graduated in Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo - USP (1988). Master's degree from the USP Law School (2004).
– Worked with Pinheiro Neto Advogados, from 1985 to 1991. She was a Judge Advisor at the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region – TRT -1992/Jan93.
– Approved in the TRT Labor Court Competition of the 2nd Region and inaugurated on 1/29/1993, as Substitute Judge. Promoted in October 1994 to Head Judge of the 55th Board of Conciliation and Judgment of São Paulo. By exchange, she joined the TRT of the 15th Region on 12/14/1994, being a Titular Judge at the Labor Courts of Itapeva, Porto Ferreira, Araras, Itapira, 2nd of Americana, 8th of Campinas and 11th of Campinas. Corregedoria, of the Vice Presidency, of the Presidency and of the Precatórios of the TRT of the 15th Region, in 1995; 1998/00; 2000/02 and in 2008, respectively.

– President of the Association of Magistrates of the 15th Region – AMATRA XV – 2007/09.
– Guest teacher at the Judicial School - EJUD of the TRT of the 15th. Region. He was a member of the EJUD Council between 2007/09 and several examining boards of Contests for Admission to the Labor Judiciary of the TRT of the 15th Region.
– She has several articles published in magazines, periodicals and law books and is the author of the book published by the publishing house LTr in 2004 - The Execution against the Public Treasury – Precatórios Trabalhistas. Writer and coordinator of several legal works, including Individual and Collective Judicial Conciliation and Extrajudicial Forms of Settlement of Labor Conflicts and Repercussions on the Labor Process of the CPC of 2015.
– Counselor of the Brazilian Society of Sports Law – SBDD, since 2015.
– Effective member of chair n. 40 of the National Academy of Sports Law - ANDD, since 2017.
– Member of the Sports Law Committee of OAB/SP, since 2015.
