Stephen Mallet

– Master (1995), Doctor (1997) and Associate Professor (2000) in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo.
– Professor at the University of São Paulo Law School since 1998.
– Former Vice-President of the Graduate Commission of the same Faculty.
– He taught, as a guest professor, at the Universities Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), Nantes, Aix-en-Provence (Aix-Marseille), at the Catholic University of Porto and at the University of Lisbon, in Portugal.
– Former Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, for three terms, from 2007 to 2015.
– Former President of the Board of Trustees of Escola Superior da Advocacia.
– He was Vice-President of the National Commission on Social Law of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association.
– Awarded with the Medal of Judicial Labor Merit, by the Superior Labor Court, and with the medals conferred by the Regional Labor Courts of the 2nd, 22nd and 24th Region.
– Author of more than ten books and articles in the field of Labor Law and Labor Process.
