He completed his master's and doctorate at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo.
– He joined the Labor Judiciary in 1998.
– In September 2014, he retired as a judge at the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd th Region.
– He works as a legal adviser on Labor Law.
