Jose Ubirajara Peluso

– Graduated in 1972 from the first class of the Faculty of Law of Guarulhos.

– Registered with the OAB-SP under No. 30,502.

– Master's student at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.

– He made a career in labor law, from 1972 to 1988, and reached the position of Legal Director of the Mesquita Barros E Magano Office – lawyers.

– He was regent professor in the Law course, in the chair of Labor Law, at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, from 1980 to 2009.

– He is a Labor Judge retired by the E. Regional Labor Court of the 15th Region, having entered the first contest in 1988.

– Retired as a Labor Magistrate, he was Legal Director of the Mesquita Barros Law Firm.

– In 2013, he was awarded the Commendation of the E. Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region.

– He is a founding member of the São Paulo Labor Lawyers Association.
